The Katool KT-4H110 Four Post Vehicle Lift is your trusted solution for heavy-duty lifting with an impressive 11,000 lbs capacity. This lift is CE approved and certified, adhering to the 115% dynamic loading capacity standard and passing a rigorous 150% static loading capacity test. Featuring a single-point manual safety lock release, it ensures secure and controlled lifting operations. Equipped with four mechanical locking devices, each with primary and secondary safety locks, this lift prioritizes safety. The powerside column's flexible installation options, at both sides, front, or rear, add convenience to your workspace. Non-skid diamond platforms and adjustable safety lock ladders provide stability and adaptability. The lift offers optional caster kit for easy mobility and optional rolling jacks for additional functionality (sold separately). Included are two drip trays and a jack tray for added convenience. The high-quality hydraulic system, available in 110V/60HZ/1PH or optional 220V/60HZ/1PH, ensures reliable and efficient lifting.

*Concrete thickness must be at least 3.93” (100 MM) with a 3000 PSI rating. Failure to install this lift on the proper concrete could result in serious injury or death! It is the customer’s responsibility to verify concrete thickness and strength before purchase and installation.

          Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.

          A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

          Warranty Includes:
          - Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
          - Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

          Warranty Conditions:
          - Claims must fall within the warranty period.
          - Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
          - Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

          Note:
          - All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
          - Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
          - Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
          - Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
          - Labor is not included in the warranty.

          Forklifts and Lift Gates:

          All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post lifts require a forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller items, like Tire Changers and Balancers, include free lift gate service, which lowers your shipment to street level.

          What if I don't have a forklift at my location?

          We understand this concern. Here are alternative options:

          • Freight Terminal Delivery: Pick up your order at a nearby freight terminal, usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Contact us, and we'll help you find the closest terminal.

          • Alternate Location: Ship to a friend’s location or workplace that has forklift access.

          • Warehouse Pickup: Available if you're able to travel to a warehouse.

          • Forklift Rental: Although not ideal, renting equipment may be necessary. We'll coordinate precise delivery timing to minimize rental duration.

          Can I hand unload my order?

          Hand unloading isn't permitted. Truck drivers prohibit this due to liability risks and limited unloading time, even if assistance is available.

          How do I know if my order requires a forklift or qualifies for lift gate service?

          Car lifts always require forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller equipment typically qualifies for lift gate service.

          Residential Deliveries:

          Yes, we offer residential delivery!

          Will the freight company schedule my delivery?

          Yes, the freight company will contact you ahead of time to schedule your delivery.

          Warehouse Pickup (Free Shipping):

          Warehouse pickup is available for most brands. Warehouse locations are listed on each product page. At checkout, select "Pickup" and choose your preferred warehouse. We'll email you the required pickup documents after ordering.

          Freight Terminals:

          If you don't have forklift access, delivery to a local freight terminal can be arranged, and they'll help load your shipment onto your trailer. Terminals are usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Note: Very large orders shipped via dedicated flatbeds cannot be delivered to freight terminals. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
