The Katool KT-AS110D Two Post Asymmetrical Vehicle Lift is a powerful and efficient lifting solution with an 11,000 lbs capacity. This lift is CE approved and certified, meeting the 115% dynamic loading capacity standard and passing a rigorous 150% static loading capacity test. Featuring a Single Point Lock Release, it ensures secure and controlled lifting operations. The asymmetric arms and direct drive cylinders provide versatility and efficiency. Rubber pad door opening protection adds an extra layer of care to your vehicle. The lift comes with adjustable extended support adaptor sets ranging from 3.94 inches to 6 inches, catering to various vehicle types. *Concrete thickness must be at least 5.9” (150 MM) with a 3000 PSI rating. Failure to install this lift on the proper concrete could result in serious injury or death! It is the customer’s responsibility to verify concrete thickness and strength before purchase and installation.

                Warranty Includes:
                - Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
                - Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

                Warranty Conditions:
                - Claims must fall within the warranty period.
                - Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
                - Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

                Note:
                - All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
                - Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
                - Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
                - Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
                - Labor is not included in the warranty.

                Forklifts and Lift Gates:

                All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post lifts require a forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller items, like Tire Changers and Balancers, include free lift gate service, which lowers your shipment to street level.

                What if I don't have a forklift at my location?

                We understand this concern. Here are alternative options:

                • Freight Terminal Delivery: Pick up your order at a nearby freight terminal, usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Contact us, and we'll help you find the closest terminal.

                • Alternate Location: Ship to a friend’s location or workplace that has forklift access.

                • Warehouse Pickup: Available if you're able to travel to a warehouse.

                • Forklift Rental: Although not ideal, renting equipment may be necessary. We'll coordinate precise delivery timing to minimize rental duration.

                Can I hand unload my order?

                Hand unloading isn't permitted. Truck drivers prohibit this due to liability risks and limited unloading time, even if assistance is available.

                How do I know if my order requires a forklift or qualifies for lift gate service?

                Car lifts always require forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller equipment typically qualifies for lift gate service.

                Will the freight company schedule my delivery?

                Yes, the freight company will contact you ahead of time to schedule your delivery.

                Warehouse Pickup (Free Shipping):

                Freight Terminals:

                If you don't have forklift access, delivery to a local freight terminal can be arranged, and they'll help load your shipment onto your trailer. Terminals are usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Note: Very large orders shipped via dedicated flatbeds cannot be delivered to freight terminals. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
