The Katool KT-M120 Two Post Clear-floor Vehicle Lift is a robust lifting solution with a 12,000lbs (5500KG) capacity. CE Approved and Certified, it surpasses safety standards, undergoing rigorous 115% dynamic loading and 150% static loading capacity tests. With a manual safety release from two sides, symmetric arms, and dual Hydraulic Chain-Drive Cylinders, it ensures secure and efficient lifting. The rubber pad door opening protection, extended support adaptor sets of +30mm and +120mm, and overhead safety shutoff bar enhance user safety and lift versatility. Featuring feet-protection safety guardrails with a tools box, it combines convenience with safety. *Concrete thickness must be at least 5.9” (150 MM) with a 3000 PSI rating. Failure to install this lift on the proper concrete could result in serious injury or death! It is the customer’s responsibility to verify concrete thickness and strength before purchase and installation.

                                        - Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

                                        Warranty Conditions:
                                        - Claims must fall within the warranty period.
                                        - Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
                                        - Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

                                        Note:
                                        - All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
                                        - Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
                                        - Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
                                        - Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.

                                        All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post lifts require a forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller items, like Tire Changers and Balancers, include free lift gate service, which lowers your shipment to street level.

                                        What if I don't have a forklift at my location?

                                        We understand this concern. Here are alternative options:

                                        • Freight Terminal Delivery: Pick up your order at a nearby freight terminal, usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Contact us, and we'll help you find the closest terminal.

                                        • Alternate Location: Ship to a friend’s location or workplace that has forklift access.

                                        • Warehouse Pickup: Available if you're able to travel to a warehouse.

                                        • Forklift Rental: Although not ideal, renting equipment may be necessary. We'll coordinate precise delivery timing to minimize rental duration.

                                        Can I hand unload my order?

                                        Hand unloading isn't permitted. Truck drivers prohibit this due to liability risks and limited unloading time, even if assistance is available.

                                        How do I know if my order requires a forklift or qualifies for lift gate service?

                                        Car lifts always require forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller equipment typically qualifies for lift gate service.
