  • Material Preparation: Pour 300 kg of material, with two small buckets of 1 kg each.
  • Machine Operation: Runs clockwise for 3 minutes, then counterclockwise for 3 minutes.
  • Final Polishing: Total cycle time is set to 6 minutes for a refreshed rim finish.
  • Safety Note: Only aluminum alloy wheels are allowed.

Forklifts and Lift Gates:

All Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post lifts require a forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller items, like Tire Changers and Balancers, include free lift gate service, which lowers your shipment to street level.

What if I don't have a forklift at my location?

We understand this concern. Here are alternative options:

  • Freight Terminal Delivery: Pick up your order at a nearby freight terminal, usually within a 30-60 minute drive. Contact us, and we'll help you find the closest terminal.

  • Alternate Location: Ship to a friend’s location or workplace that has forklift access.

  • Warehouse Pickup: Available if you're able to travel to a warehouse.

  • Forklift Rental: Although not ideal, renting equipment may be necessary. We'll coordinate precise delivery timing to minimize rental duration.

Can I hand unload my order?

Hand unloading isn't permitted. Truck drivers prohibit this due to liability risks and limited unloading time, even if assistance is available.

How do I know if my order requires a forklift or qualifies for lift gate service?

Car lifts always require forklift or similar equipment for unloading. Smaller equipment typically qualifies for lift gate service.
